My background lies in managing revenue cycle management operations and client success through discovery and analysis. Obtaining fiscal surplus through understanding in depth processes end to end is a key component. This is accomplished through data analysis, cost analysis, reporting, contract analysis, industry trends and detailed policies and procedures. Understanding the client’s current business strategies as well as implementing new business strategies helps to drive accounts to achieve peak performance levels. The combination of these skills and processes ensures our clients are consistently obtaining their peak reimbursement levels.

I have been a dedicated member of the AAAMB team for 12 years, and for the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of serving as the California Regional Manager. My expertise lies in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management. Throughout my career, I have consistently implemented process improvements that have resulted in a significant reduction in claim denials and collections. I am also skilled in team management, collaboration with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. On a personal note, I am a proud mother of four wonderful children and a grandmother to one adorable grandchild. My family is my top priority, and I cherish every moment spent with them.

Regional Office Manager
I am the New England Regional Office Manager. I have been with NEMMG for 19 years. I speak with all potential clients. I set up all new NEMMG accounts and handle questions and concerns from our current clients and patients. I also work with the team here to make sure we are always giving the best service to all of our clients. I maintain all aspects of the office and I have 6 accounts that I am also the Account Manager for. I live in Connecticut with my husband Todd. I have 2 children and a grandson. On my time off I enjoy reading, kayaking, hiking with my dog Maxie, and spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Ana Lapi. I am the Regional Manager for our New York-based Medical Billing company. I have been with Technical Advantage which is under the AAAMB umbrella for 25 years. I take great pride in ensuring appropriate workload management, access to necessary resources, and a positive work environment, which leads to helping the providers to facilitate their ability to deliver high-quality patient care effectively while ensuring accurate claims and timely payments. I am mostly proud of the high provider retention that we have had over the years, as well as our referral rate. I along with my team understand the challenges that providers face. We have a proven record of success in helping providers improve their revenue. During my free time, I enjoy being with my family, watching a good movie or following my favorite sports team.
